Notification of admission
We will comprehensively judge the document screening and examination results, and inform the applicants of acceptance or rejection.
Apply for status of residence
Submit the application documents of applicants to the Fukuoka Immigration Bureau and apply for status of residence.
Issuance of status of residence certificate
Our school will inform you of the result of Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status.we will inform reasons for the rejection of the application
Admission procedure
By the deadline,Please remit the school expense to the account designated by the school .We will send you documents such as a certificate of residence status.
Obtaining a study abroad visa
Please present your Certificate of Eligibility, admission permit, passport, etc. to the Japanese Consulate where your family register is located to apply for and obtain a VISA.
entry to Japan
Please enter to Japan within 3 months after obtaining a VISA and complete the admission procedure.
